Apply for inspection and consultation [Online]  Log in to the counseling application website (http://counsel.cha.ac.kr) and schedule a test and consultation.
[Phone call] Tel. Reservation for examination and consultation at 031-850-8937, 8938, 9013, 9077
[Visit] Visit the Student Counseling Center in Room 112 on the 1st floor of Mirae Hall to make an appointment for testing and counseling.
Apply for Program [Online]  Log in to the H-CUBE website (http://h-cube.cha.ac.kr) and apply for the non-curricular program.

Individual counseling information

– Through a 1:1 relationship with a counseling expert, you can receive counseling on various difficulties that are difficult to solve on your own. Through a cooperative relationship with a counselor, you can not only solve problems in a healthy way, but it can also be an opportunity to grow into a more mature self by gaining deeper understanding and insight into yourself and others.

Consultation contents

– Difficulty adjusting to school life
– Concerns about career and studies
– Difficulties in interpersonal relationships such as friends, seniors and juniors, and professors
– Family conflict
– Problems with lifestyle habits and behavior control (sleeping, eating, gaming, drinking, gambling, etc.)
– Sexual problems and difficulties in romantic relationships
– Confusion and conflict about personality
– Any other psychological difficulties that can be complained of can be the subject of counseling.

Group counseling information

 

It is a process where several people with similar concerns and counseling experts meet to better understand themselves and others, exchange necessary information, and join forces with group members to help each other grow.

Career exploration group counseling This is a program that helps you discover career maturity or obstacles to career decision-making through self-understanding for career exploration, and helps you plan for career preparation.
Self-growth group counseling Through exploring one’s strengths and the meaning of life, it can be a stepping stone to reflect on living one’s independent life with value.
Art therapy group counseling It can be an opportunity to develop cooperation through self-understanding, emotional expression, and collaborative work with group members through art media.

※ Group counseling is a program that maximizes the effectiveness of counseling through honest communication with group members. To maximize the effectiveness, you must participate without any absences in the schedule.
